A: To place an order, simply select the item you want to customize, choose the color and size, and add your custom text in the Notes Section during checkout. 

Q: Can I order custom apparel in bulk for my business or organization?
A: Yes, we offer bulk pricing discounts for orders of 12 or more items. Fill out the Contact form for more information and to receive a quote.

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Our standard production time is 5-7 business days, and shipping typically takes an additional 3-5 business days. However, rush options are available for an additional fee. Production times for bulk orders are 10-14 business days plus an additional 3-5 days for shipping. Local orders can be arranged for pick-up or delivery.

Q: Can I request a sample before placing a large order?
A: Yes, we offer sample orders for a nominal fee. Simply contact our customer service team to request a sample.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to discuss options for an exchange.

Q: Do you accept returns for different t-shirt sizes?
A: We do not accept returns for change of mind, which includes returning t-shirts for a different size. We provide an accurate sizing chart on each t-shirt product page. Please use this to choose the correct size for you before purchase.

Q: What file formats do you accept for designs?
A: We accept a variety of file formats including .ai, .eps, .pdf, .jpeg, and .png. If you are unsure about your design file, contact our customer service team for assistance.
